Main Speaker –Jim Buck’s career in IT has spanned more than 30 years, primarily in the manufacturing and healthcare industries. A twelve year president of the Wisconsin Midrange Computer Professional Association (www.wmcpa.org) and has served on a number of teams developing IBM and COMMON certification tests. Other accomplishments include; recipient of the 2007 IBM System i Innovation – Education Excellence Award, named 2013/2016 IBM Champion Power Systems and the 2014 COMMON Presidents Award. Jim is a programming instructor at Gateway Technical College and is active in the IBM i community working to help students, colleges and companies develop the next generation of IBM i professionals.
