In this week's session we'll cover techniques for adding some visual pizzazz to what might otherwise be considered bland business data. We'll begin by showing how to depict time and date-related information in an intuitive, chronological display using Nitro App Builder's Timeline widget. We'll follow that up by demonstrating ways to convey physical address data through the Map widget, leveraging the power of the Google Maps API.

In this week's session we'll walk through some tricks for customizing the look and feel of the Valence Portal. By injecting basic JavaScript into a special IFS file called Hook.js, we'll show you steps you can follow to, for example, replace the Valence logo, create a custom footer, add special text or links to the Portal control bar, change element colors, etc.

This week's session will be split into two parts.  In the first part Richard Milone will introduce Valence's newest Beta feature, Two-Factor Authentication (2FA).   In the second part of the session, Sean and Johnny will do a quick dive into customizing the look and feel of grid widgets by creating custom column renderers, adjusting cell color configurations, adding HTML markup, etc.
