VV303 – Valence Mobile Application Development

Summary

This course is intended for the experienced Valence developer who would like to learn how to develop mobile applications with Sencha Touch and deploy them through the Valence Touch Portal. The instructor will cover all the common mobile interface components such as scrollable lists, nested lists, toolbars, popups, etc. This is a hands-on course. The instructor will present concepts and then attendees will perform labs to solidify the learning experience.

Please bring your own laptop (Mac or PC) with you to class. It is also recommended that you bring an iPhone or iPad so you may test your example applications. If you do not have an iPhone or iPad, CNX can provide one for you to use during class (just let us know in advance!).

Objectives

Prerequisites

VV202 is highly recommended as a prerequisite for this course. Attendees are expected be knowledgeable of Valence development for the full-size desktop browser before registering for this course.

Eligibility

This course is designed for licensed Valence developers only. No general Ext JS or Sencha Touch developers are permitted to register.
